1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DotDotBead ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DotDotBead is a web-based tool that converts images into fuse bead patterns. Core tool features are available without an account. An account is required to remove watermarks from exports and to save patterns.

3. User Content and Copyright

• Uploaded images: You retain full copyright over any images you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to use the image. DotDotBead is not responsible for any copyright infringement in user-uploaded content.
• Generated patterns: Patterns generated from your images belong to you. DotDotBead reserves the right to display selected patterns within the site (e.g., in the pattern gallery) with your permission.
• Pattern library submissions: When you submit a pattern to the public library, you retain copyright but grant DotDotBead a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

5. Prohibited Use

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Circumventing any access controls or usage limits

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Color matching results are approximate — actual bead colors may differ from on-screen representations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotDotBead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
